This Tribute is supporting Heart of Kent Hospice. It was Pat's dearest wish to spend her last days at the hospice and we are so grateful that she was in their loving care as she left us to be forever with God. Pat was previously a volunteer at the hospice and sang in the choir with friends and loved ones of hospice patients. Please support the hospice by making a donation in her name.
